Recreational Gymnastics – For student ages 5 -16. No experience is necessary to enter this program. We use a structured class format which allows all student adequate warm up time and rotations on all Olympic events and trampoline. Students are taught in groups according to their ability. Students will receive training and development of skills on each apparatus in a logical and progressive order so they feel pleased with their accomplishments. Classes are conducted in a “Friendly”

non-competitive atmosphere.

Alpha l  & Alpha ll and Star Program (1st to 10th grade)

( Beginner through intermediate) – The objective of the program is for the student to have fun and enjoy the experiences and movement of gymnastic. The positive feelings that are generated from each new accomplishment will provide the motivation for continued success. The program will follow a series of selected learning progression that will result in the development of desired fitness qualities, flexibility , strength, agility, coordination and endurance.
